How we handle your data

The TechSoup Pathway Platform helps partner organizations capture goals, complete surveys, and receive personalized learning pathways. Each organization accesses its own dashboard through a unique link.

• Organization profile information you provide.
• Survey responses submitted through the platform.
• Goals and recommended resources associated with your organization.

We do not ask for payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data in the survey flow.

• Organization dashboards are reached through a private, per-organization link.
• Internal administrative tools require an authenticated session and are not exposed to the public web.
• Database access is governed by row-level security policies so each organization only sees its own records.

The platform stores data in a managed Postgres database operated by Supabase. Application hosting and serverless functions run on the Lovable platform. TechSoup is responsible for organizational data handling, retention, and access decisions on top of these services.

Organization records and survey responses are retained while a partner organization remains active on the platform. To request export or deletion of your organization’s data, contact your TechSoup program lead.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact your TechSoup program lead so the team can investigate. Avoid sharing sensitive details in public channels.
